Yahoogroups question

Anyone know off hand the process for getting control of an admin/moderatorless yahoogroup?
I know it's been done in the past, I just can't seem to recall how.

EDIT: To clarify the last moderator has wandered off to parts unknown, this isn't a request about a hostile takeover.

Problem shows up when an moderator leaves the org but "forgets" to turn over the list.

You are kinda a trapped until the moderator leaves the list. As long as their e-mail is still active and not bouncing Yahoo will not do anything.
