For employeers

If you are looking for someone to fill a job at your company... here is a little hint. F-ing tell them what the job is, don't spend 2 days trading emails about who and when to call the company. I have a job hunting email address to filter through all this garbage. I reserve my limited time talking to companies for jobs that I am interested in or as a favor to people I know personally. So knock off all this "call us to discuss the details" crap. What the job is isn't a detail, what hours someone is expected to work is a detail.

Idiots.

I had an interview once at a company for no clear position, I was told that my previous work experience wouldn't be applicable, and they didnt know exactly what it is I would be doing.

I finally asked them straight out, "what is it you actually want me to do"

Never got a call back, which I suppose is a good thing.
